• Preparing detailed credit risk assessment reports in collaboration with client Analysts and Portfolio Managers
• Relative value analysis and identification of trade opportunity / investment recommendation
• Recovery Analysis for bankrupt and near bankrupt companies
• Identification of companies having potential for ratings upgrade / downgrade
• Credit risk assessment skills and a strong understanding of corporate finance and buy/sell-side research concepts, especially valuation techniques, comparable analysis, and credit research
• Candidates with experience in Risk management research, will be preferred. Similarly qualifications in Risk Management (e.g. FRM, from GARP) will be preferred

Financial Analyst (Job Ref: FA)

• Performing complex valuation, modeling, research, and corporate finance analytical work for top-tier Global
• Investment Banks, Hedge Funds, Research Houses, and Asset Management Firms
• Investment banking experience, including M&A, DCF valuations, and fundamental research
• Analytical work performed at various top-tier financial institutions, including investment banks and hedge funds
• Exposure to industry sectors such as Energy, Healthcare, Industrials, Media and Telecom, as well as product groups including
• Equity, Debt, M&A, Private Placements and Structured products

Private Equity Analyst (Job Ref: PEA)

• Quantitative modeling, high degree of accuracy and eye for detail
• Research and high degree of quantitative and qualitative analysis (of private equity related assets)
• Relevant research experience, including writing reports and private equity assignments

Common for above all positions:

• Finance MBA from a reputed B-School / CFA (CFA Institute, US) / Top Performing CA
• At least 1-3 years of rich experience and domain knowledge in the areas of corporate finance / research / valuations / financial modelling performed at KPO's, Investment Banks, hedge funds and research houses.

Analysts: (Job Ref: RA)

• Responsible for data analysis, building predictive models and making client presentations - surveying, sample selection, processing, and interpretation of existing customer data of the client
• Analyzing Retail data using various Statistical Software Packages like SPSS, and SAS
• Candidates need to be proficient in Statistical Tools like Regression, Multivariate Analysis, Econometrics, Sampling Techniques, Designs of Experiments, and Mathematical Statistics.
• B.Tech/BE/MBA/ Masters in Statistics or Economics from any of the leading colleges.
• Relevant experience in Retail Analytics, with some exposure to banking products will be preferred
• Open to Domestic and International travel.
