Fare Distribution / Filing

Adventity has experience of managing airfare loading for both public and private fares, for some leading airlines. This includes loading airfares using the ATPCO as well as other systems available, depending upon client requirements. The standard process starts from analyzing the scope of the process with an agreed number of resources, depending upon the market and the type of distribution involved. Adventity has a standard questionnaire which is sent to the client in order to understand their existing fare structure and their future requirements. Following this our Transition team studies the client process, and prepares required process flows, which help in implementing these processes efficiently and effectively. Once this analysis is over, Adventity modifies its existing process according to the outcomes of this analysis. The existing fare filing team at Adventity has hands on experience in loading Airfares for some large European and American airlines. Some of the activities that are currently being carried out by the team are:

• Rules coding of all the categories including CAT 25/31/33/35
• YQ/YR codings
• Handling big fares and add on structures
• Creating complicated routing maps
• Footnote codings
• RBD maintenance
• GFS/other airline monitoring
• Handling CRS specific codings/queries
