- Filing instructions on ATPCO
- Performing checks on CRS (Customer reservation system like Amadeus, Sabre, Worldspan, etc. )
- Periodically report to the officer/senior officer about his/her work status

| Required Qualifications |
- Any Graduate
- IATA /Diploma in Tours and Travels
|
| Experience |
- Minimum 6months of product knowledge
|
| Knowledge |
- ATPCO
- CRS (Customer reservation system like Amadeus, Sabre, Worldspan, etc.)
|
| Skills |
- Analytical Ability
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ready to learn and grasp new things
