Filing Instructions on ATPCO and performing Quality checks on CRS (Customer reservation system like Amadeus, Sabre, Worldspan, Galileo Abacus and any other CRS/GDS) |

| Duties and responsibilities |
- Allocating work to the junior officers
- Monitoring the work allocated to his/her team
- Filing instructions on ATPCO
- Performing Quality checks on CRS (Customer reservation system like Amadeus, Sabre, Worldspan, etc.)
- Periodically report to the senior officer about his/her work status
|
| Required Qualifications |
- Any Graduate
- IATA /Diploma in Tours and Travels
|
| Experience |
- Minimum 1-2yrs with product knowledge.
|
| Knowledge |
- ATPCO
- CRS (Customer reservation system like Amadeus, Sabre, Worldspan, etc.)
|
| Skills |
- Team Handling
- Analytical Ability
- Strong supervision skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
|
