| General description |
Responsible for getting work done from his/her officer and junior officers, conducting training and feedback. Involved in quality checks and improvements of the quality for fare filing process |

| Duties and responsibilities |
- Quality improvements
- Interaction with clients in absence of Team leader
- Interaction with support vendors (I.T) in absence of Team leader
- Resolution of internal issues in absence of Team leader
- Monitoring his/her entire team
- Conducting training for staff in conjunction with Quality Assurance Officer
- Daily reporting to Team leader about work schedules, work completed and future plans about the allocation of work
- Maintaining Staff performance report
- Perform quality checks in relation to the coding of fares in ATPCO for his/her team
- Feedback to staff in relation to improvement of their efficiencies
- Feedback from staff about their job so as to streamline the work and integrate the process more coherently
- Suggest the Improvement plans, and implement the same in conjunction with the team leader
- Reporting periodically to team leader about the QC status
- Filing instructions
- Performing QC checks on CRS (Customer reservation system like Amadeus, Sabre, Worldspan, etc.)

| Required Qualifications |
- Any Graduate
- IATA /Diploma in Tours and Travels
|
| Experience |
- Minimum 3-5yrs of product knowledge with at least 6-months in supervisory skills in team handling.
|
| Knowledge |
- ATPCO
- CRS (Customer reservation system like Amadeus, Sabre, Worldspan, Galileo Abacus and any other CRS/GDS)
|
