General description

Responsible for delivering service to client in relation to fare filing process.

 
Duties and responsibilities
  • Quality improvements            
  • Interaction with clients
  • Interaction with support vendors (I.T)
  • Resolution of internal issues 
  • Monitoring the entire team
  • Schedules for training staff in conjunction with Senior officer and Quality Assurance Officer
  • Implementing improvement plans in conjunction with senior officer and quality assurance officer
  • Periodically reporting to Process manager/manager about daily activities and work schedules and plans
  • Communicating Filing reports and Quality reports to the client.
  • Maintaining Staff performance report
  • Maintaining KRA for the team
  • Resource Planning for the new staff selection in conjunction with HR team
Required Qualifications
  • Any Graduate           
  • IATA /Diploma in Tours and Travels
Experience
  • Minimum 3-5yrs of product knowledge with at least 1-year in supervisory skills in team handling.
Knowledge
  • ATPCO
  • CRS (Customer reservation system like Amadeus, Sabre, Worldspan, Galileo Abacus and any other CRS/GDS)
