Dedicated Model
Adventity’s dedicated model provides a seamless,
extended team of our Clients on-shore operations by
providing them with the opportunity to more comprehensively
research their coverage universe (depth and breadth),
identify alpha, leverage in-house resources and effectively
and creatively enhance their business development and
deal sourcing capabilities. Clients have the flexibility
to select appropriate experience levels for each member
of the designated team and team selection may be done
in conjunction with our Clients’ involvement.
This model is most suitable for Clients such as Independent
Research providers, hedge funds, investment banks, and
other private equity funds who have a mix of regular
and ad-hoc projects to be executed. Here, the Adventity
associate performs a role similar to onshore associates.
An Adventity Team Leader is assigned responsibility
for the day-to-day management of the team, and additionally
also liases with the Engagement Manager on the Client
side on team performance, deliverables, staffing and
other strategic issues.
Project Model
A project model is best suited to Clients where the scope or volume of work is seasonal or varied, for example, where work is deal flow driven (e.g. Private Equity). Adventity’s pool of highly trained and qualified analysts are appropriately staffed on projects that require such niche capabilities, offering our Clients substantial value-add whilst enabling them to leverage their in-house resources most effectively. On-demand analyst support is provided to such Clients, along with the assignment of a dedicated or shared Team Leader resource to manage quality, timeliness and workflow on such short duration projects.
Hybrid Model
A full time offshore research centre located at Adventit's
office sites (Mumbai or Chennai) is engaged to support
base analyst requirements at the Client site, supplemented
with on-site members at the onshore site as appropriate
to manage logistics or meet incremental workflow requirements.
This model is most suited to lean Client teams, where
the Managing Partner or Managing Director is also the
acting Engagement Manager for the relationship and an
Adventity Team Leader or Account Manager is therefore
required to manage onsite logistics.
BOT Model
For Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) models of engagements, Adventity builds an exclusive analyst team, housing them in our premises. We provide infrastructure and training support and manage the team until such time that the Client wants the team transferred to its preferred location. This model works best for Clients that may want to optimize the upfront investment on a dedicated team until they see proven value in the service offering, or for Clients who may want to use this strategy to enter a new market or launch a new service offering. |
